On behalf of India Jamat, we would like to wish Mubarakis to all our overseas Jamat
on the auspicious occasion of Mawalana Hazar Imam's visit to India.
Three Darbars will be held in India as follows:
1. May 16, 2008: Sidhpur (Gujarat)
2. May 17 & 18, 2008 (Two Darbars): Mumbai
Please read the following instructions carefully before proceeding towards the registration
form:
1. You can register for the Darbar as an individual or as a family/group (upto six
persons).
2. Please enter the correct information about every individual.
3. Upon successful completion of the registration procedure, the confirmation page
will open, wherein your registration details along with a confirmation number will
be mentioned. For every registering group/family, a single confirmation number will
be allocated. Please take a print out of this page and retain it. You will also
be emailed your confirmation number on the registered email ID.
4. Kindly produce your original passport along with the confirmation page print
out/ confirmation number
at the time of collecting the registration card. For those
registered as a group, original passport of all the members will have to be presented.

There is no provision of visa on arrival in India, therefore you are requested to procure a visa before arrival.

Visiting Jamat will have to make their own arrangements for visa, accommodation,
local travel,
health insurance etc. as there is no provision regarding assistance for the same.

|
Citizens of certain countries are required to report to the local authorities on
arrival and before departure. Kindly study your visa document for the same.
|
|
|
Photography and video recording of any sort is strictly prohibited during all the
events.
|
|
|
Mobile phones, cameras, camcorders, voice recorders, and all recording equipments
will not be allowed inside the hall. Please refrain from carrying these items to
the venue. |
